We invite you to celebrate the harvest season and our improved community garden at BEP's 2nd Annual Harvest Festival & Cookoff! In addition to sampling and choosing your favorite dishes from local chefs competing in the cookoff, there will be lawn games, face painting, balloon animals, and a variety of vendors. Join the fun! For $20 register to be a chef at BEP's Harvest Festival & Cookoff. Your dish must feature one or more ingredients found in BEP's intergenerational garden as a main: eggplant, tomatoes, spaghetti squash, zucchini, carrots, peppers, lettuces, potatoes, garlic. Attendees will be tasting the dishes and voting for their favorites. First prize is $300, second prize is $200, and third prize is $100.
