Charlie Green is a master barber and the owner of Indah Cut Mobile Barbering Service Inc., a real estate professional with Realty Connect USA, and a wholesale car dealer. Beyond his professional success, Charlie is deeply committed to serving his community. He travels weekly from the East End to New York City, providing complimentary haircuts to seniors, and prioritizes individuals who are differently abled and mentally impaired—offering dignity, care, and connection through his work. Charlie is a consistent presence in the Yaphank correctional facility, mentoring incarcerated youth, and at Little Flower, where he supports young people through both grooming and guidance—helping them see themselves in a new light while offering steady, paternal encouragement. He also provides services at local funeral homes for families in need, ensuring loved ones are honored with dignity and respect. A dedicated member of the Butterfly Effect Project for over nine years and part of the Dragonfly Chapter since its inception, Charlie shows up wherever he is needed—consistently giving his time, talent, and heart. Phil Andrews is a respected business leader, community advocate, and nonprofit executive with more than three decades of leadership in economic development, mentoring, public relations, and community empowerment. As President of the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc., the largest African American chamber in New York State, he has led significant membership growth and expanded programs that support minority-owned businesses through education, networking, technical assistance, and access to capital. He is also the founding president of the 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc., where he has helped advance mentoring, education, health and wellness, and economic empowerment initiatives as part of the national 100 Black Men of America network. In addition, he serves as President of the African American Small Business Foundation, Inc., supporting entrepreneurs and strengthening communities across Long Island and Eastern New York. Beyond his titles, Phil Andrews has dedicated his life to building community, ensuring that every voice is heard, and creating pathways for equitable opportunity. He is not only committed to the work—he lives it, leading by example and showing others what meaningful impact looks like in action. Through his leadership, he has continuously filled critical gaps across Long Island, making sure that businesses, families, and youth have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. A true bridge-builder, Phil brings together business, government, and community to create lasting change.
